Gary L. BROOKS, J.D. attended Reed College and received his Bachelors degree with High Honors from the University of Oklahoma in 1972. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1975. Mr. Brooks is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, and the District of Columbia. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the following Federal Courts: U.S. Supreme Court; 10th Circuit Court of Appeals; U.S. Claims Court; and U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, State Bar of Texas, Oklahoma Association For Justice (formerly the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association) (President -1999); The American Association For Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), AAJ Birth Trauma Litigation Group, Mensa, and University of Oklahoma College of Law Association (Life Member). Mr. Brooks is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil PreTrial Practice by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys with special expertise in the field of Medical Negligence.
